5 Keys to effective problem-solving:

Key #1 - The right problem: We need to identify the problem and find out what we are dealing with in order solve the problem.

Key #2 - The right priorities: After identifying the problems, we have to put them in order and figure out which problem is most important and needs to be solved first.

Key #3- The right people: For any company to succeed you need to hire the right person, who is competent and good at their job and can be trusted to do the job effectively and correctly.

Key #4- The right plan: In order to reach your goals you need have a good plan including all necessary steps.

Key #5- Execute: The last and final key is simply to take all of the four previous steps and put them into practice.
