Here are the four ways to deal with unexpected situations in your life:
1- Focus on the future rather then the past. Being stuck in the past is no help to anyone. You should clear up your mind and focus on your future. However, this doesn't mean to ignore your past. Lessons learned from your past might help you to build a better future.
2- Focus on the solution. Instead of repeating the problem over and over in your mind, focus on the solution. Try to focus on what the next steps would be to overcome the obstacles or set-backs that you are facing. Solutions are much more positive than problems, and thinking about them will have a positive effect on all aspects of your life.
3- Look for the good in everything that takes place. It is difficult to implement this but with positive thinking you will be able to see good in everything. Gifts often come along with problems, and bigger gifts come with bigger problems. Focus on the gift instead of the problem.
4- Seek to find a valuable lesson in whatever happens.Challenges should be seen as things we need to defeat to become successful, not things to drag us down. Find the valuable lesson or knowledge in all challenges you face.
Have a good day!

There's a big difference between being "on" and being "up"!
http://www.personality-insights.com/blog/category/education/page/11/#
There's a big difference between being "on" and being "up". Being "on" is not a genuine positivity that you show to other. You can turn it on and off based on the situation. Generally, those people will turn themselves on in order to impress someone. They are trying to be noticed and they let everyone know how wonderful they are. This will look obviously fake to everyone else since their mood and actions are not consistent. On the other hand being "up" is totaly different. You make a deliberate choice at the start of the day to have a good attitude. It is a decision that you made to look for the good, the pure and the positive in everything they face that day.
So try to be "up" all the time for a week and see the difference in your life.

Always encourage your children and students!
http://www.personality-insights.com/blog/category/education/page/9/#
Parents and teacher have a great influence on children. Encouraging and saying kind words to your students and children will remain in their heart as they grow up. We may not know when this positive enforcement will lead them but one day they may have a big difference in their lives. Have faith in children, make them believe they can do things and we will all be richly rewarded down the road.

Have a finish line!
http://www.personality-insights.com/blog/category/education/page/6/#
We need to set our goals and objectives in our lives in order to know if you accomplish them or you still have work to reach them. Life is about having a plan. It might be hard to do especially if we don't set any goals. We will know, once we have reached our goals, that this will be the finish line. The finish line will indicate to us that we achieved what we planned; this doesn't mean we should stop after we reach the finish line. Remember life is about having a plan, so we will set another goal - another finish line and go for it. There is an old saying, "If you don't know where you are going, you'll never get there".

SSD (solid-state drive) make your notebook fast
A solid-state drive (SSD) is a data storage device which uses integrated circuit assemblies as memory to store data persistently. SSDs have no moving mechanical component like traditional electromechanical magnetic disk such as HDDs (Hard Disk Drive). This gives SSD the advantages of being much quicker, less susceptible to physical shock, lower access time and less latency. Due to their advanced specifications, SSDs are more expensive than HDDs.
What difference will a SSD (solid-state drive) make to your laptop?
Advantages:
* Your notebook will boot-up in seconds
* Reading on SSD is very fast, running a application/ program will launch very quickly.
* SDD are more durable, less susceptible tophysical shock.
* No noise when running
* Minimum power required to run
Disadvantages:
* SDDs are expensive
* Less capacity (no larger sizes of SSD available)
* The write / erase cycle for SSDs are limited, they can normally only do 1000 to 10,000 write cycles, up to a max of 100,000 cycles. (HDD has 1-5 million write cycles)
* The writing speed of a SSD is slower.
Where to buy SSD for your laptop?
You can buy SSDs from any Electronics shops like Best Buy, Future Shops, Staples etc.
You can also replace your laptop's HDD with SSD!
* Most HDD's and SSD's are SATA-compitable only (Check your laptop specs).
